My path to this industry was personal. After navigating the challenges of foreclosure in my own life, I realized I wanted to help others find a way out of similar situations. It is important to me that my clients understand my role: I am not a real estate agent or a consultant. I am an investor purchasing contracts for profit and property improvement. By staying strictly aligned with new state wholesaling regulations, I ensure every deal is handled with the integrity and honesty you deserve.

30 minutes

We start with a 30 min. consultation to understand your specific situation. Whether you are facing foreclosure or simply need to move a property quickly, we listen first. We’ll review the property details and determine if our investment model is the right fit for your needs.

The Purchase Agreement

Quick Process

Once we sign the initial agreement, we move immediately into the due diligence phase to protect all parties.

  • Title Security: We immediately send the contract to a reputable title company to begin the legal clearing process.

  • Professional Assessment: I bring in my trusted contractor and end-buyer to walk the property, ensuring our renovation plan is solid.

  • Escrow Protection: My end-buyer places their escrow deposit immediately with the title company and funds are held in an Oklahoma-based bank, signaling a firm commitment to the close.

Closing & Future Vision

Guidance

On closing day, the end-buyer or private lender provides the full funds to the title company. From there, the property’s new chapter begins:

  • Restoration: Most properties we handle are renovated to the highest standards and placed back on the market, improving the neighborhood.

  • Community Growth: In some cases, our partners transition the home into a quality rental, providing stable housing for a new family.

  • Your Clean Break: You walk away with your proceeds, free from the burden of repairs, commissions, or closing costs.

Oklahoma Wholesaling Disclosure: > LAW Property Pros, LLC is a real estate investment firm and acts as a principal in the purchase of real estate contracts. We are not licensed real estate agents or consultants. In accordance with Oklahoma SB 1075, we disclose that we intend to assign our equitable interest in property contracts to third-party end-buyers for a profit. Homeowners have a statutory 2-day right to cancel any wholesale contract. All earnest money is held in an Oklahoma-based, FDIC-insured financial institution.
